Prof. Shehan Williams

President Professor in Psychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya. He is a doctor by training and is Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist to the Professorial Psychiatry Unit at the North Colombo Teaching Hospital. He chairs the Board as the President of LAF and is responsible for liaising with the Ministry of Health, other Government Organizations, Medical Institutions, Universities and the World Health Organization (WHO).
