Lakmali Cabral

Secretary An Attorney at Law with a Masters degree in Development Studies. Her area of expertise includes legal drafting, training, education and research in a number of branches of human rights law. She was a member of the Drafting Committee of the National Policy for Disability and has also been associated with drafting legislation. She has represented Sri Lanka in many fora locally and overseas. She is primarily responsible for the Activity Centre and related functions and legal & corporate matters and is the Secretary of LAF.
